Delivery
Many of our loungers are in stock and generally reach you within 7 working days, along with pads and cushions in standard colors.
If you would like a lounger with pads and/or cushions in a custom color, the delivery time is approx. 3 to 5 weeks.
Our loungers are carefully packed and shipped on a disposable pallet via a freight forwarder. Shipping is carried out via a reliable freight forwarding network.
As soon as your order has arrived at the shipping partner, the freight forwarder will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

The lounger is fully assembled with just a few simple steps—you only need to attach the rubber bands for the Siesta Natur or the retaining bracket for the Siesta Stabil Natur (time required: approx. 1 minute), so you can start relaxing right away.
Smaller items such as accessories, spare parts, and promotional gifts are usually sent via parcel service.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods—simply choose the one that works best for you. Shipping costs may depend on the selected payment method in some cases. The prices stated in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities. The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the "Shipping Costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process, and must be borne by you in addition.
